Fees for Afterschool Care
160.00/ month via Bank Draft.
Draft takes place on 1st of month or split on the 1st and 15th of month.
Each additional child is reduced by $16.00 per month.
Registration Fee
A 20.00 registration fee is charged to all new registrants.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registration Process
- Registration form(s) must be completed
- Non-refundable/non-transferable fee must be paid
- Payment must be made for the specific day
- Deadline to register is the WEDNESDAY prior to the upcoming week. A late fee of $25 will be charged if registering after Wednesday.
- Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.
Registration packet includes:
- Registration form that provides us the necessary information we need to ensure your child’s safety and well-being including fears, strengths, special needs and authorized persons permitted to remove your child from the program.

Scholarships
Thanks to the many friends of the South County Family YMCA, our supporters and the United Way, our YMCA provides scholarship assistance based upon household income or hardship reasons. Those wishing to be considered for financial assistance may request a scholarship application at the YMCA front desk or click here to download. Scholarship applications usually take one week to process.
Full Day Programs
The Englewood YMCA Day Program is an action packed fun filled program available when public schools are closed due to in-service, holidays, and breaks. The hours of operation are 7:30 am until 6 pm. This program is held at the Warren Loranger Englewood YMCA. The Fee for this program is $15.00 per day. Activities include, but are not limited to crafts, gym time, outdoor games, swimming, and field trips.
