Englewood School Age Programs
The Englewood YMCA is dedicated in providing quality school age child care to residents in South Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. Children are placed in age appropriate groups and participate in a daily rotation that includes but is not limited to: Supervised Homework Time, Arts & Crafts, Guest Speakers, Enrichment Programs, Indoor and Outdoor Games, Character Development Activities, Specialty Clubs, Learning Centers, Nutritious Daily Snacks and much more!
Our SchoolAge Care staff is specially selected, trained and screened by local and state agencies. Because children are very important to us, ongoing certifications are required. Staff are certified in CPR and First Aid.
The Englewood YMCA provides after school care for Myakka River Elementary, Vineland Elementary and Englewood Elementary students. We provide transportation from Englewood Elementary to the YMCA.For more information contact Hannah Spurlock at 941-475-1234

when public schools are closed due to in-service, holidays, and breaks.
