The South County Family YMCA is a non-profit 501 C3 charitable organization. We rely on charitable giving from individuals, businesses, and foundations to meet the evergrowing needs of local children, families, and individuals, and ensure we can continue to never turn anyone away from the YMCA for inability to pay.
The association operates two branches, the Warren Loranger Englewood YMCA and the Michael & Georgia Miller Venice YMCA. Contributions may be directed to a specific branch or program.

Gulf Coast Gives is a brand-new Web site where local nonprofits reach out to the community to raise money for specific projects.
Donations can be made in any amount, they can be made in honor or in memory of someone special, and you can even buy “Give Cards“ to send to friends and family as gifts. We hope you will consider supporting organization’s name and helping us meet our project goal!
Gulf Coast Gives is a program of Gulf Coast Community Foundation, and donations are 100% tax-deductible.
Project Update:
Help support the YMCA Gymnastics Preschool Program!
The Venice YMCA Preschool Gymnastics program is in need of a low beam station which consists of a balance beam and carpet bonded foam. The YMCA’s focus on safety bears the need for age appropriate equipment. Currently, the participants train on “Olympic” size balance beams. The program serves 289 students per week between 14 classes held at the Venice & Englewood branches and a mobile program which is conducted at seven off-site locations. Your support will help teach gymnastics to the preschool aged children of our community!
