The Venice YMCA has 2 dance studios each equipped with parent viewing windows, floor to ceiling mirrors, stereo system, and ballet barres. The YMCA staff is very excited to offer a full-scale dance program to its members and the Venice community. Look for the 2008-09 program information soon. Registration begins August 1, 2008. |
Ms. Yseult LegerOriginally from Montreal, Canada, Yseult trained at the Academy of Les Grands Ballets. She has toured Canada, Europe, Asia and the U.S. as a professional ballerina. After retiring, she devoted her time to teaching in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice communities for over 15 years. From 2001-2005, Yseult served as the artistic director and choreographer for The Studio, center for excellence in dance. For the past 10 years, she has been instructing the the movement program at the Little Disciples preschool in Sarasota. Today, Ms. Yseult is very proud to be part of the Venice YMCA "family".
