Venice Girls Volleyball
The YMCA, the proud inventor of the game of volleyball, continues the tradition through fun, instructional programs offered for girls grades 3rd - 8th (elementary and middle school divisions of play).
Girls will receive instruction and coaching from Venice-area coaches and former players. The session will prepare girls for upcoming middle school and high school league play.
Elementary 3rd/4th/5th grade Division: Practices Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM and games on Saturday mornings.
Middle School 6th/7th/8th grade Division: Practices Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 PM and games on Saturday mornings. All practices and games to be held at the YMCA.
The Fall 2008 session runs September 20th through November 8th.
Practice starts on September 8th
Cost: $55 YMCA members; $75 non-YMCA members.
All practices, games and skills testing held in Venice YMCA gymnasium
