Adriana Adamcyk
Adrianna is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a certifed Personal Trainer. She is also a certified cardio kickboxing instructor and a 4th degree black belt Kukkiwon in Tae Kwon Do. She has been training, coaching and competing since 1986 and was National Champion 3 times during those years. She has abundant in-depth experience with virtually every form of excerise. She will help you lose body fat, increase lean tissue, live healthier, have more energy, and improve performance in daily and extracurricular activities. Lucia is a certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Like most people in the industry, she began 15 years ago with a personal love of health and fitness and a strong desire to help others. Today she continues to find great reward in seeing people improve the quality of their lives on a daily basis. Lucia has worked with people from young athletes to seniors with a variety of medical issues.
