Weeks: 1,2,3,4,6,7
Times: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Cost Members: $75 per week
Non-Members: $100 per week


Week One-Sports Quest June 1st - 5th
Plyo-metrics, racquetball instruction and tournaments, cross training, golf instruction,
nutrition baseball, endurance training, and everything sports related!

Week Two-Land Quest June 8th - 12th
Rock climbing, orienteering, hiking, biking, outdoor games, on-the-ground ropes course.

Week Three-Water Quest June 15th - 19th
Swimming, Kayaking, Wet ‘n’ Wild water games, water rescue training

Week Four-Fitness Quest June 22nd - 26th
Strength training options including stretch bands, Bosu’s, hand weights, balance
boards and body bars. Core training and Pilates. Learning about the muscles and
what is being used with each exercise. Flexibility training. Workshops on the FITT
principle with our personal trainers.

Week Six-Triathlon Quest July 6th - 10th
We will be biking, swimming and running and learning all the things you need to
know to do a triathlon. Bike safety and repair. On Friday we will do a mock
indoor/outdoor mini-triathlon and give out awards to all.


Week Seven-Team Quest July 13th - 17th
We will do team building activities, group hip-hop dance instruction, pick a group
project to benefit the community, plan it together and implement it.

All weeks will include creative healthy snacks we all prepare together, fun nutrition
education and activities, art and crafts, pool time, and collecting points for prizes.
